MATTEO CASTIGLIONI
(9/5/1993) Musician and visual artist, he studies audiovisual composition and electronic music at the "G. Verdi" Conservatory in Milan, obtaining his three-year (2016) and two-year (2018) degrees with two theses focusing on the relationship between music and image in real time.
As a musician and visual artist, he works on several personal projects: "t.e.s.o." duo, the groups "Studio Murena", "Bo! Led" and "Overlap", with which he publishes, between 2014 and today, six studio albums and with which he produces numerous concerts and audiovisual performances including a project for the Birmingham conservatory, the museum of the 1900s, the Triennale, the San Fedele Auditorium and the Fabbrica del Vapore in Milan, St James Cavalier in Valletta and the LAC in Lugano .
In parallel, he designs a / v installations and site specific works as an independent artist, (among others) for the Litta palace, the Aquarium and MiArt in Milan, Michigan Technological University and the Palazzo Ducale in Genoa.
In parallel to these activities, he works as a video-artist and video-scenographer, producing visuals in real time both for musical groups such as "Deaf Kaki Chumpy", "Daykoda", "Electropark Festival", and creating immersive audio-video spaces for exhibitions and installations ( among others) for the fashion brand "Froy" (Fuorisalone 2019, Fashion Week 2020) and for the visual artist "Elia Festa" (exhibition "BLAU", Milan Aquarium, 2019). He also works on the creation of the video-scenography for the prose shows and the opera works "Elisir D'amore" (2017), "Alfred Alfred" (in collaboration with the Brera Academy) (2016), "Suor Angelica / Billy Budd "(2018)," Con tutto il mio rumore"(2020).
